Chenille Flannel Baby Blanket Class
Create a soft, textured chenille flannel baby blanket—perfect for gifting or keeping! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll layer cozy flannels and use a chenille cutter to create a beautiful, rippled texture that gets even softer with every wash. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a cuddly baby, or small lap quilt ready to bind and cherish.
Beginner friendly – no prior chenille experience needed!

Supplies to Bring
Fabric:
4 total yards flannel (4 coordinating 1-yard cuts)
2 prints & 2 solids recommended
½ yard flannel for binding
Chenille cutter (available for purchase during class)
Scissors will work but will take significantly longer
Walking foot (preferred to help prevent shifting)
PFAFF machines have a built-in walking foot—no worries there!
Basic sewing supplies:

Thread
Pins or clips
Seam ripper
Rotary cutter & mat
Scissors
Marking pen/pencil
