Join us in the MDQ Classroom to make your very own version of our Dahlia the Donkey, an adorable stuffed animal pattern from Funky Friends Factory!
This fun and rewarding class is perfect for confident beginners and beyond. You’ll learn tips for sewing curves, assembling plush pieces, and bringing personality to your handmade donkey.

Monica has generously chosen to donate the hosting portion she normally receives directly to MDQ Cares for You, our charity group. When you sign up, you’re not just making something adorable — you’re helping us bless others in our community. Class instructor fee: $25
What to Bring
A good working sewing machine
Basic sewing notions (scissors, pins/clips, seam ripper, marking tool, etc.)
Supply list items (see attached image), a pattern must be purchased or brought with you to class.
Lunch/snacks if desired
(Please have your fabrics pre-cut and prepared according to the supply list if applicable.)
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel after signing up, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. No refunds will be issued, as we order supplies and prepare materials ahead of class.
If MDQ needs to reschedule, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
